It's @dynamomagician Part 2 at @grandwestsa for @fazielahwilliams and I and today we are joined by @kraykrisofficial & @heidimeetsworld a.k.a @capetownkidz. Excited to share the #Dynamolive magic with the kids. First up: feeding the hungry teenagers at @spursteakranches.
What an incredible show!!! Nothing excessively flashy (well... apart from that awesome {spoiler alert})... Just good old fashioned quality #magic that deserved its standing ovation. @dynamomagician showed #lovecapetown why he is one of the best in the industry. I can't wait to see him in action again tomorrow, with junior magicians @kraykrisofficial and @heidimeetsworld in tow. Thanks to my Wyrd Sis @fazielahwilliams for having me tag along as your plus one.

Way back in 2013 I had the first of a series of ankle injuries that led to two surgeries, looooong periods of rehab, re-injury, more rehab, and finally being told I shouldn't run again due to an unfortunate little condition called #hypermobility. However... I don't like being told what I can and can't do. And, quite frankly, #knitting isn't my thing, although it was a nice way to stay busy back then. So here I am, running again. The right #runningshoes help me with the extra stability I need to not roll my ankles. And I'm loving every bit of this journey from #couchtomarathon. #flashbackfriday #running #marathon #marathontraining
