300 Days Of Training

My Instagram

As a late bloomer in most other aspects in life, I watched @kanariefilm a year after its release. I wanted to watch it because of @schalkiebez but I didn't want to watch it because I don't enjoy Afrikaans movies. Also... I had just watched #Fleabag for the 6th time and needed a break... So take it from a cold-hearted cynic: this flick wormed its way into my heart and onto my top 10 movie list. If you haven't seen it yet, get Showmax - a free trial of you must, just so you can also see Futureman - and watch it. It's long but it is brilliant in every way. #kanarie #kanariefilm #film
These babies kept my eyes protected from the sun's glare at @challengecapetowntri this weekend AND hid the bags under my eyes after a few sleepless nights. Good show, @100percent_bike_za eyewear... You have a new fan. #CHALLENGECAPETOWN
#timetravelling back to 2018 when I did what many thought I couldn't. Getting that medal around my neck at the end of a hard day counts as among of the greatest moments of my life. If the #marathon gods deem me worthy, I'll be back in 2020. #nycmarathon #newyorkmarathon
Best part of my week: A long overdue meetup with my Wyrd Sister @fazielahwilliams at @thegalileo for catch-up chats and to celebrate the start of her Name Day Month - complete with Birthday Countdown gift hamper. Thanks for the invite, @vandawaterfront!
@da_spagoot seamlessly combines #cosplay and climbing for #halloween.
When you're doing #CHALLENGECAPETOWN elite athlete research work but your watch reminds you you haven't left your desk since 8am.
I have The Sads every now and then. When my heart yearns to go home. #nyc #NewYork #gotham #brooklynbridge #manhattan 📸 @fazielahwilliams
Sometimes one just needs your onesie and a pair of #harrypotter #goldensnitch slippers to close off the day.
It's #koesistersunday at @radissonredcpt - get 3 koesisters and a cup of coffee for R40. Cant wait to bring @ladygillydoggie here for #brunch because they're doggo friendly!! #lovecapetown #capetown #livelikealocal #sunday
