When I was in primary school, I wanted to become a writer.
Half-way through high school, I wanted to become an opera singer and writer, and sell my paintings.
When I graduated from college, I had to choose between leaving the city to work as a journalist in a small town, or write for a big corporate. My parents told me to choose stability, so I stayed.
Fast-forward 16 years later, I have been everything from a marketer, spin doctor, online gaming specialist, designer and web developer.
Today I am a full-time freelance digital specialist. I help clients design kick-ass presentations (the problem isn’t PowerPoint; it’s YOU), build their social media presence, show them how to communicate and how WordPress can help them have an amazing website. Today… I am a writer.
And a triathlete.
And a cyclist, mountain biker, runner and open water swimmer.
And wedding cake baker and occasional artist.
Most importantly – I have learnt what matters most in my life: my family.
